Cascabel Cocktail

  • 2 fl oz bourbon
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • . 5 os fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 dried cascabel chili 
  • soda water
  • lime wedge for garnish

Muddle first 5 ingredients and strain into a high ball with ice. Top with soda, garnish with a lime wedge & enjoy!
