by Jennifer Pantin on Jul 25, 2014

WAs we approach the end of July we have lot's to look forward to! The warm weather of August, plenty of fresh fruit at the farmer's market - and corn coming into season! One of the most delicious summer foods is a freshly roasted ear of corn. Our Cilantro Lime Corn Saute is a  simple and delicious way for you to enjoy this veggie - beyond the every day corn on the cob - that will spice up any meal! Your family will love how the cilantro and lime add a southwestern flare, while the Grove Blend Chili Butter highlights the fruit and citrus notes!

2 cups freshly roasted Corn

1/2 cup chopped Cilantro

2 tablespoons Lime juice

1 tablespoon The Grove Blend Chili Butter

1 pinch Salt

In a saute pan heat the chili butter over medium high heat until melted. Add the corn, salt and lime juice and cook for 5 minutes until warm and the butter is infused throughout the corn. Remove from heat and add the cilantro.

Serve warm.
